"Hey ya'll, here's a cutesy little story about me!" - (me)
Ethan Gonzalez is a performer, choreographer, designer, and director born out of Jacksonville, Texas.
Since the age of six, Ethan knew from the very first time that he stepped onto a stage that theatre is what he wanted to do with his life, more so, this it is what he is meant to do in life!
From his first show in a little theatre camp called The Bubblegum Queen to recently playing "Paul" in A Chorus Line, Ethan has worked very hard to build the experience he now has! Think of it like this. If he wasn't in school, he was at a theater actively partaking in any show he could.
Ethan has devoted about 16 years of his life to this art form, and it's from his endless passion, dedication, and determination that has landed him many opportunities to not only perform, but design, choreograph, and direct shows as well; some of his favorites being his recent productions of Grease and Anastasia: Youth Edition. Go here if you wanna read and see more about that.
Theatre has always made such a big impact on Ethan‘s life, and because of this, he always says, “There’s magic in the theatre, and the theatre is magic!”
What's he doing now, you're probably not asking? Well, he's currently based in New York City where he's living out the actors dream! He's getting up for those early morning auditions, sending in those self tapes, and going to his front of house job every day; and he would not trade it for anything!
Ethan loves this business, and he truly cannot wait to see where it takes him next!
